Incident Management System

Developed on the Salesforce platform and utilising FormAssembly and Salesforce automation (Visual Flow) this system was created to allow employees reporting of incidents which are then managed through to final approval.

The system was developed with no coding, on standard Salesforce features and was completed within 9 weeks from design to go live.

This kind of solution enables the organisation to remain compliance with government requirements and regulation by showing that all incidents are reported and all relevant history of the incident is stored in a single source of truth which is easily accessible to authorised users.

Call Centre Implementation

Successfully implemented call centre using Salesforce Voice with a telephony partner. Calls are directed to the relevant group of customer support agents based on criteria of business hours, number dialled, skill and availability.

The caller is automatically identified by Salesforce and pops their details for the agent to immediately have the relevant information for the call.

Calls can be forwarded to other agents or can be converted to a support case for other teams to handle.

Full monitoring of calls and agents is available to the supervisor for managing the call centre performance and identify service issues.
